I had an outstanding experience purchasing my new vehicle from Younger Nissan. From the moment I called and walked in, Steven Asare was welcoming, knowledgeable, and never made me feel pressured. Frank Cordova introduced himself right away, understood completely what I was doing and looking for and told me he was there to help answer any questions. The sales team took the time to answer all of my questions, explain my options, and helped me find the perfect vehicle for my needs and budget. When I called Steven, told him what I wanted to test drive he had a car up front ready for me to test drive. The entire buying process was smooth, transparent, and much easier than I expected. The finance team clearly explained everything, and there were no surprises along the way. I truly appreciated the professionalism, honesty, and excellent customer service from start to finish. Thank you Paige for just being you as the finance department is the one area that we buyers cringe. Driving off the lot in my new car was an exciting experience, and I couldn’t be happier with my purchase. We live in North Carolina but found the vehicle we wanted in your inventory through the mbusa website. From my first contact through delivery, the entire process was smooth and professional. Purchasing a vehicle from several states away while simultaneously returning an existing Mercedes-Benz lease could have been complicated, but your team made the transaction seamless. We would like to thank Barry London who put the deal together and Austin Shemon who handled the documentation. They we were courteous, knowledgeable, responsive, and a pleasure to work with. Communication was excellent, details were handled efficiently, and we always felt well-informed. We were especially impressed with how well they managed the North Carolina tax, title, registration, and temporary tag requirements. Interstate transactions can present challenges, but everything was handled smoothly. Also, I must mention the enormous chocolate bar embossed with your dealership’s image. It was a surprising and elegant touch that delighted us. We will let you know our new body weights after we finish it. Having bought and leased many Mercedes over the years, I can confidently say that this ranks as the most satisfying vehicle transaction I have experienced.
