Landon and Service Manager Adam immediately took ownership of the situation, worked directly with the supplier, and made sure neither the warranty company nor I incurred any additional costs related to the defective unit. My only suggestion for improvement would be more proactive communication regarding pricing during lengthy warranty repairs. That said, when a billing concern arose at pickup, Adam took the time to review the situation and address my concerns directly. Because the additional costs had never been clearly communicated during the repair process, Younger Mitsubishi honored the original understanding and covered the difference beyond my deductible.
