The dealership was nice, but the sales manager has employees promising deals they can't make. That soured the otherwise excellent experience. The sales associate Steve Asare was excellent and even came in on his day off do a second test drive with us
Gavin Rippeon was excellent- he reached out via the web and made our car selling experience fantastic. He was able to determine a competitor’s offer and then proceeded to beat it. He was super professional and easy to work with.
Ralph and Doug... did an amazing job. Came in with an concern with rear hatch now working properly. Took time to diagnose it and took fantastic care of the vehicle. I would recommend them for service and there customer service.
