I was interested in possibly trading in my car and arrived at the dealership right before closing. The GM graciously let me take the 2026 GLC 300 for a test drive. Of course I loved it! My husband worked everything out with the sales rep Chris Gregorson who made the trade transaction go smoothly. I am very happy with my purchase and our experience at the Hagerstown Mercedes Dealership.

The Younger Nissan Service Department fit me in for an oil change with no appointment, and then went above and beyond to accommodate my additional request for a transmission fluid flush. I was on my way within a couple of hours. Service Advisor Doug Rice is friendly, professional, and does a great job every time. Highly recommended.
