We walked in around closing time on a Friday night, and our salesperson, Brendan did not rush us at all. The sales team was also very nice and our purchase went very smoothly. Ed, the finance guy was very personable. Overall, the only downside was they don't provide you with a full tank of gas (or put gas) with a used vehicle purchase. That was kind of disappointing.

They are exactly what people say dealership service centers are. They will over charge by 4 to 5 times what a very competent service center would charge for the same repair. A $60.00 sensor up charged to $220.00 and 600 installation for a 15 minute job, is standard for this service center. Making their effective Shop rate around, 900.00 per hour, seriously, folks that’s a fact, for the time involved.
